Sometimes the only thing that keeps us going is hope, having a sense of doggedness and being spirited in the face of even the biggest obstacles. The body, is sometimes often overtaken by stress and this naturally makes you feel lazy. The feeling of laziness comes when we can no longer match the energy we use to put in.
But this is our body reacting to the constant grinding, the constant hustling. Sometimes we fail to listen to our bodies, especially when it begins to show the signs of fatigue. This is because our mind feels stronger, the mind is the motivation that keeps telling the body to go on. The truth is, the mind and the body needs each other to coexist, sometimes even when they're one. In some days, we're caught up asking ourselves if they're not really existing differently.
There are times we feel our bodies succumbing to life's stress, we need that break, we need that holiday, we need that medical attention. But the mind keeps reminding us of the tasks left undone, the needs and the wants, the sense of self realization kicks in and this generally brings a feeling of laziness.
Sometimes when people push themselves, this is because they're in conflict within themselves. They want to keep giving the energy they've been giving but then the relentless chase we often go through in life often reduces or zaps off one's energy as they age, this is why it is important to malign our bodies with our mind.

When a person is in conflict with their inner self this creates an imbalance, instead of looking at how achieving they've been they're to look at how under-achieving they are. For me, I often look at the challenges of survival and how the odds are often against me. Sometimes we survive things that we don't even know how huge they are.
I see surviving as an accomplishment and this is because not everyone is luck to have the energy, the mental and physical ability to cope with the difficulties of life. The joy of being able to use your body, have your organs functioning quite well, is an accomplishment. Our body is fragile and sometimes keeping it constantly going by eating right and well is huge because a lot of people have tried and failed.
Moreover, inasmuch as we fail to admit it, we have people who are stronger and people who we're stronger than. This is why we cannot grind at the same level. Nowadays, we have bosses, colleagues and acquaintances who are over demanding. We're continuously giving off a little too much of our life's component to satisfy them so as not to get fired.
They expect a certain consistent level and even when we try sometimes, we push our mind to achieve the impossible but at the end of the day, our mind is only as strong as the distance our bodies can carry us. And when we continuously go ahead despite the body raising red flags, it can bring permanent damage, and this is why people subconsciously give everything they've got within them until they can not give off anything again.

This is to say that we need to understand our limits. Unless you're living in a mansion, seven figures locked away in your bank account, suddenly inherited. Existing with needs, problems and wants is part of life and this is why we should realize the apex of our strength, our elasticity limits, deep within ourselves rather than comparing the energy level of others to ours.
Biologically our bodies are wired different, the gene, the traits and all. Being unable to match the energy level of others shouldn't bring shame or disappointment. Staying fit continuously in life should be counted as an achievement because the things that negates good health on a daily basis are numerous and finding a way to still beat these odds is what i'll call a self attained Miracle.
