I know some of us will be wondering what i mean by most leaders abuse the leadership title given to them, I have seen and experience it why do I say this most times when you are given an opportunity to lead you feel or the person feels he or she have to right to torment or disrespect whosoever you are leading.
What is Leadership
Leadership is the act of leading a bunch of people or an organization. It is actually an act of being a leader you can either be a leader in an organization, country or state. Leadership can also be said to be an act of helping or motivating people to achieve their goals.
But i have come to understand that most leaders take leadership as power, having a mindset that they have the power to bully and maltreat whoever you are appointed to lead and this leaders we have this days they take an advantage on whoever they lead. Especially if it is a male leader who leads a female.
There is always a negative thinking towards the lady who leads, because she wants a job or a position and as a leader instead of you to provide a job or an opportunity for her you begin to look for something in return. If it’s a male the he leads he develops hatred maybe because ladies are all around him and you pick offense, having a mindset of punishing him that is very wrong and bad.
A leader is a motivator, a leader is to support or assist or even motivate whoever he leads for them to achieve their goal. I will give a few tips a about qualities needed of an effective leader.
