When we talk about human brain it's like an element filling with the different components in which each components are subjected to another. A part of this component is the feelings.

When it comes to men, most of us are hypertense about our feelings which cause us to lash out or bring out the rage in us.
Let's talking about the word "Outrageous Feeling". It's an immoderate emotion which is prompt to alot of things.
Some people don't seems to know when they are lashing out while others it have been a part of them. In my case of study I learnt that men lash out more than women although that doesn't mean that women don't do the same but it just common in men.
We keep putting our brains to work while been less considerate about the mind. Everyone always have an ethics way they do but when it becomes immoderate it turned to outrageous feeling.

Most times people confuse love with lust. Love is an amazing feeling but when it becomes lust that's been having an uncontrollable desire then that's a lost for love.Frustration
Imagine a man who have been working his butt everyday just for him to waking up one day to get a notification that all is fund have swipe off from is account by hackers. That's enough to bring out the rage in him.Despair

You already made the thing you are addicted to as been a part of yourself. Trust me the easiest way to go nuts is to be addicted to something, the moment you don't get that thing anymore it becomes a problem. People claim to be Addicted to various things such as drug, smoking, sex etc.

All this feeling do occur when one have no self control. Obtaining a Self control of yours emotion will have to include you been in peace with your mind, brain and spirit.
first of all, you need to have a self control of yourself. if you can't work your mind no one can, you just need to realize that.
Try to have a balance state of mind. Don't over think or worry too much. People who worry less have most control over their state of mind.
having a determination of all staying in control. Set it as a goal you want to achieve you will be surprise of how it will unfold.
