I can tell you why...Africa generally is a dog-eat-dog environment and their culture is not compatible with cultures in Ireland and USA, so when they get to Ireland or wherever else they land, the dog-eat-dog behavior continues....they don't adapt. Why are they allowed to come....your politicians and mine are corrupt or stupid or both. However, they are the best politicians money can buy.
