Almost all the communication that you see on the network is communication between bots. Real users do not communicate with each other, they only read.

for the voting I believe it is sometimes automation, a larger stake might use it to support several users, while some smaller might use manual voting.
But for commenting and communicating I believe it is being done by users, and that is why not many post is getting good comment and communication
