Almost everyone knows how bad corruption is, it put the lives of so many innocent citizens at stake, which is usually done by those who rise to power because of the citizen vote. nad corruption is one of the main problems here in Indonesia. It seems that corruption is part of everyday life, and we are always failed to electing clean and reliable politicians.
we were again hit by some bad news during the Independence Day celebration because as usual, some high profile corrupt convicts are getting remission given by the Minister of Law. Making it almost impossible to believe that corruption will ends soon in Indonesia as long as those people don't get any severe punishment.
One of the convicts who is getting remission is Djoko Candra, a high profile corrupt who even bribe a high-rank Police General, an Attorney in order to help him erase his red notice in Interpol. What is even more surprising is that he doing it from Indonesia while still becoming a fugitive. Exposing how rot is our Law Enforcement to the public. It makes me even
more pessimistic that the corruption will end anytime soon in this beloved country.
