Thanks for clarification, the point is was getting at is how can you use your vote power to either upvote or downvote appropriately if you cannot understand the language on the screen? and I think it makes it harder to spot plagiarism.. and will make the front end look messy (like steem) The only option is to ignore the post and thats fine.
