In the Nigerian labour force, when a civil servant approaches sixty-five years of age, he is retired from activity service with the government. We find out through experience that most retirees often retire to inactivity after this period. Most times, death of these retirees fills the airwaves. Human frailty is majorly caused by inactivity.
Two friends retired from active service the same time. The first man was able to engage in part-time teaching and an adult education class session. He would get to read up new books on particular subjects before going to class to keep himself abreast of the t latest trends. The other retiree was just cooling off at home, following the news and reading up new paper. The man at home who was having his cool soon became frailer than the other who was always prepared to take on some learning in an evening class.
Frailty of Inactivity
The argument that only older adults can become frail does not hold watering people could become frailer when they are less active. The term Older than your age applies to young people who have become frail because they are inactive.

Medical or nutritionist are in the best position to advise the kind of foods that parties to age and must be consulted before making a selection of food to be on our roster. For drink, water is always the best. Though, in some parlance, alcohol ***(not heavy drinking) plays a major role in wading off frailty.
Exercising
This helps to burn down toxins in the human body system. Research has it that people who exercise regularly have the propensity of scaling frailty than those who don't. Exercising is important because it renews the endocrine glands which secrets hormones to the body for special functions. Do not wonder if you find some people who are old but not in their bodies.
Volunteering
Since frailty comes from idleness and inactivity, humans should endeavour to get themselves engaged to an activity that will make them escape the possibility of becoming frail.
