This is my entry for ProofOfBrain photo contest by with the theme "animal"
Animals are a reflection of our pure brute nature, and can put us in connection with the center of our being. And sometimes all we need to do is pet or hug our pet to instantly create a bridge with that wild nature. And studies shows that by simply looking into their eyes our heart rate gets lower, they can relax us by their simple presence. Morever they can be trained to help people with either physical, neurological or emotional disabilities.
And the list of benefices they bring into our lives is endless. But why is it so common using language as "stop acting like an animal", like it is something bad? On the contrary I think that animals show us the way we should be living right, and that is in harmony with the nature.
This concept was supposed to be made with me holding my cat, but the mask scared the hell out of her and I couldn’t get a clear shot. I hope my submission will be taken into account though as I tried to be as much “animal” as I could.
Thank you for the beautiful contest idea. It came out perfectly while experimenting more with masks and my totem animal.
