Hi!
Today I want to tell you a few things about how, sometimes, people's brains tend to react when they go for rearranging their goals and readapt their behavior so that they can achieve more while getting rid of what's no longer serving them. So many people miss the mark. They think that when they do the next behavioral shift or improvement, they’ll see lasting change in their health and even their confidence, but personal growth, detoxification and even being happy must go much deeper than a “here and there” effort.
One of my favorite slogans is: “If you are persistent, you will get it. If you are consistent, you will keep it.”
Look at these people. All being persistent and going to work at 8 AM. Being persistent in what they do, each working week.

In fact, it isn’t about perfection - it’s about commitment.
When I do self-care 25% of the time, I get mixed results. But, when I do self-care 80-90% of the time, I make long-lasting changes in whatever I want to achieve, because my energy is higher, my trust is boosting. There's a BIG difference in how you show up for your own life.
Consistency matters. To improve your life, I encourage you to try something new each day.
Human brains LOVE something new! Exciting! Fresh! Brains are fascinated by unexpected things, which is WHY you can't do the same cleanse every spring or every few months, in hopes of improving your life on all levels.
To truly succeed: You must try new paths to new health possibilities and keep your mind and body inspired and challenged.
How many times have you had good intentions, bought an exercise bike used it for a week, and then lost interest? Or bought a book and then never actually read it? Or bought an online package and then found you never did any of the programs because you found yourself overwhelm?
Here is what I do whenever I try to implement a new change in my life, form a new behavior, or find the energy and inspiration to approach a new situation.
I will write down for you now a piece of bite-sized information and some simple strategies to conquer self-doubt and low energy and help your mind through one of our most powerful modalities that help me. It sounds so simple. It is. And it works.
- Incorporate nature as part of your routine (even in an urban area) when you need to relax and think. I used to take my laptop out and work online. You can simply go for a walk and generate new ideas.
- Keep your home and office safe to set your productivity on fire
- Prevent dangers to your health while engaging in new projects. I had deadlines I couldn't meet because of my health
- Take great care of your sleeping routine
- Embrace a healthy social life. I used to detach myself from friends while working so many hours at home...
- Regain control of your life on every level posible. It is important to have a balance.
- Handle stress (this is vital in these troubled times)
- Honor self-compassion - your way - to boost your inner strength
- Rebuild strong relationships (even if there's been a riff)
- Travel the highway to happiness. I had to "repattern" my whole mindset and behavior to understand and act towards my happiness.
- Cultivate your confidence
- Sharpen your self-discipline (even if you HATE doing hard things)
- Get comfortable with challenges
- Find work/life balance
This is just a bit of what you can do for yourself. And I hope this article is useful for you. Because, in the end, you are the only one who can improve your life and use any information available to do this daily.
With respect,
is thanking you for reading!
