How do I cash out my ecency earnings?

I have about $7 worth of Hive dollars but I really don't know how to go about it and withdraw my earnings to my crypto wallet. I want to get my Hive dollars (HBD) converted to either LTC or BCH coin, or any other coin. Does anyone here know how I can convert or sell my Hive dollars for cryptocurrency?
