Hi guys. What are your plans for the day? On Sundays I usually rest at home and cook little, but today I'm planning to eat a typical dish from the region where I live. It is called cachapa and is made with a mixture of ground baby corn, to which milk, sugar, salt and a little butter or oil is added. It is then poured onto a hot griddle called budare and shaped like a flatbread (but it is not bread). Very tasty with melted butter and queso....ummm
