Most of the time I say "yes" to people wanting to say "no", and that's bad because I'm trying to please the other person and trying to upset myself.
The human mind is amazing, but trusting it which is not always trustworthy is the biggest challenge. For example: Are you a person who always says yes but actually wants to say no? This is one of the brain's tricks, it still thinks that we live in the time of the caves that cooperation was a matter of survival. But times have changed, but the brain hasn't.
Nowadays, saying no is a matter of priority: valuing your time or putting yourself in the background? What good will it be for your life or what growth will it take if you say 'yes' to everyone?
In order not to fall into the brain's pranks, it is necessary to think and evaluate each case. I like to have a rule, if you are someone from your family or close friends asking for a kindness, think a little, but for strangers, say no.
No matter how many strangers you help, they will never return the kindness.
I fill myself of joy when you come here.
Thank you for visiting my blog! Cheers
