When we need to do something that works with our brain it is normal to feel excessive tiredness, even more, when we are overloaded with various activities throughout the day. Over time we perceive a "mental laziness", that's right ... the brain no longer supports the overload and asks for relaxing moments with more spontaneous and free activities, and we need to understand that for everything there is a limit.
But we also need to understand that our brain needs to be stimulated so that it does not become "lazy", otherwise we will lose the desire to do things and consequently we will be left behind.
Not only does it think that it will help our brain to improve, but we also exercise regularly, being a great way to maintain our mental health, and a great way to relieve our stress day after day, it will help maintain mental balance. Be careful because everything in excess leads to extreme tiredness.
Various exercises are able to improve concentration, and to stimulate the brain such as: Learning a musical instrument, playing games such as puzzle, chess, and also games that use logic. When we stimulate the brain we do not allow it to be lazy.
Remember that it is also important to think differently, to do different things, these are the behaviors that prevent our brain from being lazy.
