Our brain has the ability to create expectations, it is a fact that this is a strange ability of our brain. Through it, we imagine, plan, and test trying out new things, and new scenarios before they even happen.
Certainly, creating expectations is a normal human process, but it can even be a healthy process as long as it is confined and does not interfere with our journey. In a way, our brain is naturally programmed to analyze the scenario in which we live.
Now I ask... Who has never been deluded and ended up creating expectations beyond measure? If you haven't been there yet, I believe that one day will pass, but we have to be careful, because if we are the ones who control our thoughts, we should nurture good and peaceful thoughts, not bad or anxious thoughts.
Our well-being and our happiness depend on us, so we cannot let our brain suffer the consequence of creating so many expectations, because when we place too many expectations on things or people, we run the risk of being frustrated, and in fact this is not well.
Find limits when creating expectations.
I fill myself of joy when you come here.
