It's not because Hive account@matheusggr is Brazilian like me, or because his choice was a national film, that I'm giving preference, hehe, but it's because I unfortunately still see little cultural and "non-blockbuster" cinema being promoted here. POB is not a community focused on that, but CineTv is, but talking about a marginal and experimental film on an extraordinary level like "God and the Devil in the Land of the Sun" is a perfect example of a film that fits as much in the other tribe as it does. on here. There is cinema before and after Glauber Rocha's visceral experimentation, and this is the tip for those who think that national cinema is scarce or shallow.

Dude, this post got me pretty good. I don't know if it's a fictional story or if Hive account@melbourneswest is reporting his real life experience, but it's exactly this type of post I miss around here: bare-bones reporting. Purity and reality. The practically stoic view he presented by putting life as this game we can play or dodge and ostracize shit fits perfectly into what I consider to be a functional and practical view of life, it even inspired me to write some. thing, soon. Long live strong and realistic posts! No more biting and blowing, no more sugar and bandages!

As I mentioned in my own comment on Hive account@caroline.muller's post, The Sea Wolf is for me one of the most important books for a certain purpose of triggering a philosophical and ethical expansion, a transformation or at least rethinking certain themes. Jack London has an immense facility to express the man's struggle with his own life and the intensity of existence through his stories, I personally have never read anything about him that wasn't at least great, and the Sea Wolf is probably side by side with "The Call of the Wild" which is his masterpiece (at least for me). When an author manages to put all the absurd and explosive potential of philosophers like Nietzsche and Schopenhauer into one of his characters without making it forced, this is reason enough to make its reading mandatory. And that's what I do, I recommend that each and every human being read O Lobo do Mar. Am I exaggerating? Read it and then come talk to me.

In the same way that I like heavy material, heartbreaking texts and explicit reality, I like the simple, the relaxing and the funny. Hive account@calumam had the foresight to combine the useful (reward) with the pleasant (surreal art GIFs) that even hooked me perfectly. I loved the concept of these GIFs and went to explore the creator's profile, recalled some experimental animation shorts I've seen in the past. The idea of giving a story to each GIF was really good and I wanted to do it in ALL arts, but I think it would go outside the rules, hehe. Long live Jiffys and art!

And to close the post, there's nothing better than an article analyzing the growth of the community, always useful to have a more accurate idea of what has been happening to our dear tribe. And in this case, I found it interesting to note Hive account@interpretation's observation that much of the growth in terms of comments and active community participation has been thanks to the friend's #pobtalk 
Hive account@vempromundo, which even though following a different path (AND THAT'S GREAT, by search for the decentralization of the tribe), has gained great space and many active participants, and I'm happy for that. I confess that engaging long conversations through comments doesn't work for me and I really like to focus on building posts, but I'm glad it's giving results and space for a lot of people to benefit from the rewards too!

Não é por que o Matheus é brasileiro como eu, ou por que sua escolha foi um filme nacional, que eu estou dando preferência, hehe, mas é por que ainda vejo infelizmente pouco cinema cultural e "não-blockbuster" sendo divulgado aqui. POB não é uma comunidade focada nisso, e sim o CineTv, mas falar de um filme marginal e experimental num nível extraordinário como "Deus e o Diabo na Terra do Sol" é um perfeito exemplo de um filme que cabe tanto na outra tribo como cabe aqui. Existe o cinema antes e depois da experimentação visceral de Glauber Rocha, e fica a dica para quem acha que cinema nacional é escaço ou raso.

Cara, esse post me pegou de jeito. Não sei se é uma história ficcional ou se Hive account@melbourneswest está relatando sua experiência real de vida, mas é exatamente esse tipo de post que eu sinto falta por aqui: relatos nus e crus. Pureza e realidade. A visão praticamente estoica que ele apresentou ao colocar a vida como esse jogo que nós podemos jogar ou ficar se esquivando e vivendo um ostracismo de merda cai perfeitamente no que eu considero ser uma visão funcional e prática da vida, isso até me inspirou para escrever alguma coisa, logo mais. Vida longa a posts fortes e realistas! Chega de morde e assopra, chega de açúcar e curativos!

Como já mencionei no próprio comentário do post da Hive account@caroline.muller, O Lobo do Mar é para mim um dos livros mais importantes para certo efeito de desencadear uma expansão filosófica e ética, uma transformação ou ao menos fazer repensar determinados temas. Jack London tem uma facilidade imensa de expressar a luta do homem com a própria vida e a intensidade da existência através de suas histórias, eu particularmente nunca li nada dele que não fosse ao menos ótimo, e o Lobo do Mar provavelmente está lado a lado com "O Chamado da Floresta" que é sua obra prima (ao menos para mim). Quando um autor consegue colocar todo o potencial absurdo e explosivo de filósofos como Nietzsche e Schopenhauer em um de seus personagens sem torna-lo forçado, isso já é motivo suficiente para tornar obrigatória sua leitura. E é isso que faço, recomendo que todo e qualquer ser humano leia O Lobo do Mar. Estou exagerando? Leia e depois venha falar comigo.

Da mesma forma que eu gosto de material pesado, textos que doem o coração e realidade explícita, eu gosto do simples, do relaxante e do engraçado. Hive account@calumam teve a perspicácia de juntar o útil (recompensa) ao agradável (GIFs surreais de arte) que inclusive me fisgaram perfeitamente. Adorei o conceito desses GIFs e fui explorar o perfil da criadora, lembrou alguns curtas experimentais de animação que vi no passado. A ideia de dar uma história para cada GIF foi muito boa e fiquei com vontade de fazer isso em TODAS as artes, mas acho que fugiria das regras, hehe. Vida longa aos Jiffys e a arte!

E para fechar o post nada melhor do que um artigo de análise do crescimento da comunidade, sempre útil para termos uma noção mais exata sobre o que vem acontecendo com nossa querida tribo. E nesse caso, achei interessante notar a observação do Hive account@interpretation que muito do crescimento em termos de comentários e participação ativa da comunidade tem se dado graças ao #pobtalk do amigo Hive account@vempromundo que ainda que seguindo um outro rumo (E ISSO É ÓTIMO, pela própria busca da descentralização da tribo), tem ganhado grande espaço e muitos participantes ativos e fico feliz por isso. Confesso que o engajamento de conversas longas através de comentários não funciona para mim e gosto muito de focar em construir posts, mas fico feliz que esteja dando resultado e espaço para muita gente se beneficiar das recompensas também!
