Have you tried using FOSS local AI, like oLlama that Facebook released a few years ago, or DeepSeek? Brighteon is reportedly working on AI trained on curated peer reviewed research, and I've read a lot of posts lately generated using Claude or Alter AI, which are reported to less interfere with DEI and 'safety' limits than even Grok. Gab also says they have a proprietary AI designed to avoid such interference.
I expect access to OpenAI and Gemini to be increasingly limited and constrained going forward, while I don't expect to ever have access to Copilot due to me being allergic to Microshaft products. I am particularly interested in FOSS local AI, because of expected increasing interference as political and economic control increases going forward. What experience or thoughts on these options can you share?
