biodynamic wine is made from grapes that are farmed biodynamically.
biodynamic farming is a holistic approach to farming where the entire farm is conceived as a living organism. it was developed by Austrian philosopher, Rudolph Steiner in the 1920's.
It is based on what is called Anthroposophy, which is basically the science of spirituality.
Basically they use ORMUS to make the wines taste really good. Orbitally Arranged Mono Atomic Elements. They fill cow horns with manure or quartz crystals and bury them at certain phases of the moon.
Rudolph Steiner described this as a way to "strengthen the life force" of the farm.
It is because of the geometry of the horn which creates ormus as the minerals are broken down. This is congruent with the physical shape of pyramids, and the healing attributes that can be derived from them.
Rudolph is saying the cows horns are astral antennas:
"The cow has horns in order to reflect inwards the astral and etheric formative forces, which then penetrate right into the metabolic system so that increased activity in the digestive organism arises by reason of this radiation from horns and hoofs."
Life Force energy or Orgone energy, Prana, ect is amplified using certain geometric forms, in their relation to the cosmic vortex that underlies all things.
Along with the soil preparation, another characteristic of a bio dynamic farm is the animals that live on the farm. Ideally, the plants are taken care of by the animals and the animals are fed by the plants. Bio dynamic farming is all about nurturing the closed loop of nature and adjusting the farm to its unique location.
Bio dynamic farming is where the popular term, "organic" originated from. Organic just doesn't use pesticides, but bio-dynamic is much more than just the removal of pesticides.
The phases of the moon play into when the grapes are harvested. The gravity of the moon effects millions of gallons of water in the ocean, and also the water in our human bodies and plants. during certain phases of the moon, the water in plants is concentrated more in the roots, and sometimes more in the leaves.
Most biodynamic farms are in Germany. There are about 5000 biodynamic-certified farms in the world.
The idea is to create a closed loop free energy farm.
The reason I am writing this is because i recently went to a wine bar that featured a lot fo different bio dynamic wines and the flavors were so DEEP. As you tasted the wine, you got several flavors even after swallowing the wine.
