This is my contribution to #FungiFriday by
Today I again want to participate in the August 9 2024 edition of FungiFriday. Just like other mushroom lovers, I have also prepared two beautiful and interesting mushroom variants as a form of my participation in today's edition of FungiFriday.
The first fungus is a fungus that I found growing on rotten twigs of cocoa plants. I then lifted the branch that had the fungus growing on it and photographed it from several different sides, resulting in several interesting photo views.
At first glance, this mushroom looks like broccoli, as for the fungus itself was detected to be called Xylocoremium, which is a genus of fungus from the Xylariaceae family.
And the second is a beautiful mushroom with attractive colors and growing simultaneously on one small twig. And this mushroom itself seems to be part of the Xeromphalina cornui fungus, which is part of the fungi in the Mycenaceae family.
