The last mushrooms I came across happened uuuuum, two months ago!?
I'm not saying they weren't there, but I passed by who knows how many without noticing them.
The same scenario almost repeated because my eyes are constantly focused on the sky, facades, cats, and leaves, but never on the ground in front, or next to me.
THERE ARE MUSHROOMS, THERE, DON'T WHINE AGAIN ABOUT NOT FINDING ANY- pointed finger roared at me.
And indeed, there they were, a jumble of white caps lazing in the dewy grass.
As Seek points out, they haven't forgotten their SPF cream, so no worries yellowish tips are typical for Brittlestem Pale shrooms.
Just in case you have the patience to wait while I peek under each cap, show me where they are.
My hawk's eye spotted this on the right next door lawn, I found these myself! - just saying. I had to sit on the grass because I was so intrigued by what was hidden between these yellow caps.
Not sure what the name is, but it's from the Agaricomycetes family, according to the app, there is an app for everything!
Otherwise, I don't like to tear and pluck mushrooms if I find them, especially because I won't eat them, even though my curiosity is level 1000 about what's underneath.
Mica cap, Love saying this out loud a hundred times because it sounds so cute micacapcmicacap - baby voice required. They appear to be very social and enjoy crowds because they are constantly gathered together.
Oh, wait!
Baby Mica caps, eager to count them all?
These were really tiny, color is much different from those above, more blue/gray than yellow. It was tricky to focus them in the grass.
Since the last poisonous I touched, ain't gonna touch any of, nope thank you.
Just one more shot, wait!
I so hate being rushed, but seems like I spent all of his patience, so I had to run in order to get another pointed finger in the future, as I doubt my habits will change about staring at this and that but never at them.
If you dont see me around in the next few months, know that I didn't get that point cause I probably messed up something, or we are buried in snow, however , please take care of these especially of micacapmicacap babies, until next #FungiFriday.
