My Contribution #FungiFriday by
Hello everyone...
For mushroom lovers, this community is perfect for sharing. Because every country has different mushrooms, so does the country where I live, namely Indonesia. Indonesia is a tropical country that has two seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season.
Currently in my country is experiencing a dry season, so it is very difficult to find mushrooms, because we know that mushrooms will grow in places that have enough water or moist soil. But I still believe my journey today will be fruitful to get mushrooms that I can share with friends in this beloved community. My trip to look for mushrooms this time had to cover a longer distance than usual, due to unfavorable weather conditions in the area, and I traveled to the hilly area at the foot of the mountain where I hoped to get some mushroom objects that I could photograph. My journey to reach my destination this time took approximately one hour from where I live, located in the village of Neulob , Bireuen district.
My goal in looking for mushrooms is not only to capture them into beautiful photos but also to take home so I can consume them with my family. Mushrooms are very delicious food, my family and I usually cook these mushrooms with a mixture of instant noodles. However, there are also many mushrooms that cannot be consumed, if you want to consume them, you must know in advance the types of mushrooms that can be consumed.
Below are some photos of mushrooms that I managed to capture through photos, and I want to share them with friends in the #FungiFriday community
Bristly Tropical Cup
This is a fungus that we often encounter in tropical climates, and usually grows on fallen and rotting wood. Like the mushrooms that I have encountered today, I saw that there were wooden twigs that were partially covered with mud and I saw a very beautiful mushroom growing with a pink color like a cup and has fine hairs on the surface of this mushroom.
I'm interested in capturing it into a photo, and it's hard for me to get this mushroom out of the mud and clean the few parts I can do, so that it becomes beautiful for the photo. After successfully capturing several photos from different angles, I finally searched for the Latin name of this mushroom through a google search and I found this mushroom called Cookeina or more commonly also known as the Bristly Tropical Cup.
This is an angle that I really like, because in this corner it looks like this mushroom is in the shape of a heart. Coupled with the pink color, this angle is very good for capturing into a photo.*
Those are some photos that I can share this week with friends in the #Fungifriday community. Thank you for visiting my post, the photo above is my personal photo that I captured via smartphone and I have never shared it in any community.
