How wonderful to meet again in this beautiful "FungiFridayCommunity": to share the different types of "mushrooms" we can find on the streets of my neighborhood; unlike last week, when we looked for mushrooms in the beautiful reserve, we found these very close to home.

The truth is, it's not very common to leave the house and find "mushrooms," but a few months ago, and I think it has to do with the constant rains, we started seeing them more often in our streets. We see the genus of this "mushroom" often, but this particular species is the first time we've seen it; so much so that we couldn't identify what species it really is.

This is one of those ¨mushrooms¨: that I call them intriguing because they're the kind you almost never see, or conversely, you find them frequently, and whenever we do, they're on the trunk of this "species" : tree

These "specimens": are one of the most common species in this area where we live; most of the time when we go out looking for mushrooms, we find them. They are very interesting to find because of their healing properties for different ailments. Interestingly, we also found it on the surface of the trunk of the same type of "tree" : as the previous fungus

It's always very interesting to leave the house with my grandmother's "phone" : "mobile" because we never know what we might find in our streets; we just have to be very careful when taking pictures of mushrooms; the city has become a bit unsafe in recent years.
