While this week our searches focused on the city streets, and we honestly came across some beautiful species, they were the same specimens my grandfather found; that's why my grandmother and I chose photographs of another find we made on the property. The first species I want to share is a very well-known one, and I've shown it to you on many other occasions; it's this one that grows on tree branches, which are not edible, but highly sought after for all their attributes.

The second ¨gener¨ : we found them on one of the last trails in the reserve; this is one of those trails we don't walk much, because it gets very close to the settlements on the edge of the property, and since it's dangerous, we try to avoid it, but it was great that we went there, because thanks to that we were able to find these beautiful "mushrooms".

This fungus is sure to catch your eye because of its unusual appearance, and if we hadn't seen it before, we might not have been able to identify it. The thing is, it's still developing, and since it has a lot of growing to do, it has a different shape than it will eventually be, but it's one of those well-known oysters, and from what we've read, they're edible.

It's really great that my grandmother always carries her "phone" : "Mobile" whenever we go for walks, because if she hadn't, we wouldn't have been able to photograph these three "mushrooms" we found this week in this lovely place.
