White ear fungus is a type of fungus that is often used in Asian cuisine, especially in Chinese and Indonesian cuisine, hive friends. This fungus has an ear-like shape, with a yellowish white or transparent color. The texture is chewy and slightly chewy after cooking.
White ear fungus is often used in soups, stir-fries, or cooked in meat or vegetable dishes. In addition to its delicious taste, this mushroom is also known to have various health benefits, such as increasing immunity and supporting digestive health.
I found the white ear mushroom on one of the dead trees, that day I was specifically looking for mushrooms to take pictures of for all my Hive friends.
White ear mushroom is very rare for me. I found this mushroom because I found it around the forest and my journey to find this mushroom was very far from where I live, but I was able to find white ear mushroom too, all my Hive friends.
