Hi, Hive folks!
Today I want to show you photos from another one of our dog walks in the fall. And of course not without mushrooms πππ
It's no surprise that we find mushrooms on every walk we take, since we live almost in a pine forest. I never cease to be amazed at the size and majesty of the trees that surround us. When I walk among them I think they have seen much more than I have. They have seen many previous generations of people, many seasons and events and⦠they have seen the previous war.
Nature has an amazing property to adapt to situations and properties to self-renewal. Sometimes I think that we naively believe that it is we who direct nature, but in fact it is it who directs us.
Mushrooms are an amazing creation of nature. Sometimes it seems to me that they are alive. Well, they are definitely alive! I mean that they are somewhere on the verge between plants and animals.
It is no coincidence that the process of collecting mushrooms is often referred to as hunting. As if living creatures, mushrooms are hiding from us and a lot of effort must be made to find them.
