Gosh that looks good! The strong flavor of Blewits lends well to flavorful curries. I don't know anyone that knows Honey mushrooms here, so have never comfortably identified them in the field. I did find some nice Oysters a couple weeks ago and picked a gallon, but left the little ones to grow, and they are now ready for another gallon to be picked. It's nice to find spring mushrooms to balance out the fall season when Chanterelles and so many other species are fruiting.
