I'm back at it again with the cannabis growing.
Today I set two seeds to germinate.
Ak-47 auto-flowering, and Blueberry feminized photo period.
Let's check out how I'm germinating.
The set up is pretty simple. Some small tupperware containers and paper towel is all that is really needed.
let's have a look at the seeds pre-germ.
AK-47
This is a very healthy Ak-47 auto-flowering seed. I have little doubt that it will pop. The seed looks like it's bulging a bit and seems eager to grow.
Full saturation does not mean sopping wet with freestanding water. I ensure this does not happen so that the seed does not drown.
Blueberry
We can see here that the Blueberry feminized photo period seed is very healthy as well. My confidence level is high that both of these seeds will pop.
I utilized just one paper towel sheet between the two, ripping it in half and presoaking. It's ample paper towel and not too much as to create longstanding stagnant saturation.
I had to improvise a bit with the containers because I only have one lid. It's not a big deal because these will be checked daily to ensure the paper towel stays damp.
This is how these seeds will germinate before being placed in soil. I feel good about the process and the gloves made me feel more scientific.
