Imagine you’re launching your dream company, a bold venture to chase after your dreams. You’re sketching out your team, envisioning the talent that will bring your vision to life. But guess what, it's 2025, where the world is now run by both humans and AI agents created by humans. What would you do?
You’re faced with a tough choice. Do I hire passionate, creative humans with their unique spark, or should I just enlist AI agents to do the task for me? This isn’t just a hypothetical; it’s a decision shaping the future of work. As a founder, what would you do? You are not just building a company, you’re defining the soul of your company. What would you do?
This is the question that has been on my mind for a while now, since two days ago, I read this question in the digi-prompt week, and I decided to give it some thought.
The truth is, as a CEO, the best way to fasten workflow and spend less is to allow an AI agent to do some work. This AI agent would be programmed specifically for that job. I have seen many company that works with robots powered by AI, which help them get jobs done faster and with easy cost. But one thing we should know is that AI isn’t perfect. They only base their decisions on data and math calculations; they lack the emotional depth and creative spark of humans. Yes, an AI agent can be creative only when given the prompts or program to be, but if it were human, they could bring up an idea that would change the company's aesthetics and move the company into a new field of innovation. If my aim was just to build wealth and not people, or allow my company to have a soul, I would choose humans over an AI agent.

Wait, we haven't concluded yet. Just because I said I would choose human shouldn't make you feel happy or sad. The fact that I would choose humans means I would only pick humans who can operate or work with the AI agent to reduce the cost of production or the cost of general expenditure.
This way, I can say I have killed two birds with one stone. That's pretty interesting, right?
So, that's my answer to the question asked by the Digital lifestyle community. Thanks for reading, my name is Fashtioluwa.
