The lifestyle that we all are leading today is actually going to be a more digitally included ones as everything that we do our moral less somewhat attached with the digital life in one or the other way that is making us very much dependent on the digital activities which we are involved in and all of this is actually making us get our every single thing done with the digital solutions.
That has led to a lot of habits that are getting more inclined towards the digital aspects, which has no got us involved in many such things that we might actually want to stay away from but are not able to just because of the way our lifestyle has got itself developed into as well which really is a massive problem which we are dealing with us well.
Lifestyle which we all are leading we have got ourself involved into a lot of digital habits us well and not all of them are actually going to be the ones that have been very fruitful to US and some of them actually are the ones that are causing more harm than good and on top of that it is not very easy to let go as well and one such Habit for me which I want to let go off but I am not able to as of now is definitely going to be doomscrolling at night..
It is obviously something that happens every single night and it is not something that I do intentionally and the start of it is also something that never gets notice because it generally is going to get initiated by a simple notification that pops up and later on then endless scrolling through social media feed without having anything else to think about and it just kills time very quickly and we are not even able to notice it which is one of the biggest problems.
It is one such digital habit which really was not a basic problem at the starting but after when it became something that I got addicted to end was not able to let go off it obviously became a problem as it actually duck into my valuable time quite alert and also started to divide my attention to a massive level and also influence my attention span to a massive level as well.
Earlier social media used to see like a place where it could actually prove to be very productive but now it is more like an addiction that can be expected from it and even after knowing it we are not really able to have it go away from us because that is the level of addiction that we have actually poses and that endless scrolling is also something that is engineer in away that is going to be grabbing out attention all the time.
This habit seems to be particularly difficult to break because of the addiction that it has to offer and ultimately when it is the time of the night when everything is done and there is nothing else to do we do check our phone once in a while at that point of time and the attractive social media feed which we just try to check once get to be one of those things that we can't get away from until it has actually take an away long period of time and that surely is very much harmful for us.
There are a lot of things that it actually takes away from us one of the most obvious things is obviously going to be our sleep as well which is definitely one of the most important things for us everything a day as it is going to be helping a reset and get ready for the next day as well and apart from that it is also going to be making sure that our productivity levels are also going down apart from that making our thought process a lot more cluttered as well.
There are been many days where I have actually realise the fact that this is the particular problem that I am dealing with which I need to fix because everything is morning it used to seem like I did not get enough sleep and a lot of different kind of thoughts used to revolve in my head and later on I realise that this particular habit is the cause of all of these problems as well because it actually a lot of time from me and never give me a proper rest so that I could be feeling energize the next morning as well and fill me up with so much of content that I just kept on thinking about them rather than having my ability to focus on the things that actually matter.
This has been a work in progress where I have been trying to just limit my screen time actually in the night as well which has been a little bit affective and it is gradually helping me as well which is something that I want to just keep up with and make sure that they will be a particular day where I will be able to completely give it up which is something that I am aiming for right now and obviously this habit has definitely costly a lot of things which is why I have been trying to let it go.
