My phone is my paddy for life, I mean my best pal that is always here for me. When I am feeling bad I just turn on my data or listen to music and just like that the sadness is over.

The only time we both are apart from each other is when I am so busy with work and when he is exhausted (low battery).
Something changed, my relationship with my phone changed. I noticed I have payed too much attention to my screen that I no longer pay attention to the people around me, I no longer build strong connection and relationship. It was really superficial.
So I had to something about it before I become a loser.
I frequently visit my Facebook a lot , scrolling through people's pages, watching skits, laughing and commenting. Tiktok was another app I frequently visit that take most of my time and data.

Oh yes I have.
Like I said earlier I like the Facebook app so much that asides the skit, video and comments I was also stalking ( yes, just to know who, i have to know). I became so obsessed with the likes and comments I get from my post, oh on days I have more comment and like I will be so excited.
It was getting too much, so in order to cut my addiction I uninstalled my Facebook app and stayed away from the app for more than four years now.
It wasn't easy but I needed to stop the addiction or pay dearly for it.
But recently I install the app again basically to for my business and this time I have more control over it. I even had to put off my likes so I don't keep checking to know how many likes I got and I hardly post. I really don't know what to call these actions but so far it's been so good.
