I have had A rather busy day today., just look for yourself.
16173 steps!
It all started with waking up at 10 am and walking into to city. I had to go into town early because of yet another meeting at the place I hate but finally, I won't have to go there anymore. After the meeting, I went into some shops looking for A couple of clothing items but the prices were too much and I couldn't find anything I liked anyways so I will just buy online. I finally returned home around 1 pm at which point I had racked up around 9000 steps.
Throughout the day I played some blockchain games like splinterlands, rising star, dcrops, dcity and others and cleaned around before cooking myself A pizza. The pizza was nice and it was also A relatively healthy one from the supermarket.
Whilst being busy throughout the day, I did have A very good discussion with
In the evening and thinking of that discussion I decided to book A slot at A swimming gym somewhat near me, I had A great workout despite the constant cramps. My legs must have cramped up A good 4-5 times throughout my 45-minute swim session. The gym was alright but with it not being 24 hours and not in the low price range I have at this moment not decided to sign up.
Here is my Swimming workout.
I actually did around 200 metres more but I forgot to start my workout on the Mi band 6, the swim went well but with my legs constantly cramping it stopped me from performing as fast as I had wanted. I mostly do front crawl as that is my most dominant and best swimming position but because of the cramps I occasionally switched to breaststroke in which I am awful at because I forget to breathe when I lift my head 😂.
Overal my day was very active indeed.
