Hola amigos espero que se encuentren excelente. Siguiendo el reto de creación de contenido en Shorts, hoy les comparto una receta de un desayuno típico en Perú y un desayuno que se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos: Maca y pan con palta (aguacate).

En el video les muestro lo sencillo que es hacer este cereal. Sin embargo, antes de conseguir el producto de la maca, yo vivía comprándolo por fuera, maca carretillera. Hace algunas semanas aprendí a hacerlo y soy más feliz 😅 La maca me ha ayudado en las últimas semanas porque es un cereal cargado de propiedades nutritivas. Y si se preguntan por la rareza de comer pan con aguacate, yo lo amo. Al principio me pareció super extraño, porque literal no tiene nada más; es pan, aguacate y un poquito de sal. Es como si el aguacate o la palta fuese una mantequilla natural y me fascina además por lo práctico, siento que me resuelve la vida. Solo que en casa soy la única que lo come 🤣 ¿Y tu te animarías a probarlo?
