Hace unos días nos obsequiaron una Pitahaya, primera vez probando está fruta 🍈 y vaya que ha sido una experiencia interesante. Es una fruta que recientemente parece estar ganando popularidad.
En esta ocasión es de color amarillo, también hay una roja, pero desconozco si tienen el mismo sabor. De piel escamosa pero con el interior súper particular, muy firme y con abundantes semillas.
Al probarla, el sabor me ha gustado mucho, es dulce pero no demasiado. La textura es similar a la patilla (🍉 sandía) pero el sabor es parecido a la guanábana, o eso es lo que me ha parecido.

A few days ago, someone gave us a pitahaya—it was my first time trying this fruit 🍈, and boy, was it an interesting experience. It’s a fruit that seems to be gaining popularity lately.
This one is yellow; there’s also a red variety, but I don’t know if they taste the same. It has a scaly skin but a very unique interior—very firm and full of seeds.
When I tasted it, I really liked the flavor; it’s sweet but not too sweet. The texture is similar to watermelon (🍉), but the flavor is similar to soursop, or at least that’s what it tasted like to me.
