Chicken:4 pieces (standard cutting of chicken tikka piece)
vinigar half cup
yogurt 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 1tblsp of each
tikka spice packet i used of national(half)
crushed red pepper half tsp
lemon juice of 4 lemons
salt 1 tbsp
oil to deep fry chicken
Instructions:
first wash and make deep cuts on chicken.
marinate it with vinigar and salt for 3 hours.
now discard its water and apply all ingredients by mixing them in yogurt.
(most important) marinate it over night.(put it in fridge not in freezer)
now remove extra batter from the pieces and deep fry them on medium heat till light brown.
put it in steamer and steam for 30 to 35 minutes on a very high flame.
tips and confusions:
yes we will add no more salt as chicken has already absorbed salt from vinigar salt marination.
dont over fry or over steam your chicken as it will result in dry chicken.
please rest your chicken for at least 8 hours to get perfect result.
for diet concious just cook the chicken on high heat with 4tblsp of oil and bake
