Chicken Breast - 2 (cut in thin strips)
Tandoori/Tikka Masala 1 packet
Yoghurt - 4 tbsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Lemon juice -3 tbsp
Coal for smoke (additional)
Oil for greasing pan
Marinate chicken in all of the above ingredients.
And leave it for 5 to 6 hours
Cook on a low flame. Until it becomes tender. Give smoke with charcoal.

Ingredients
White flour / Maida 3 cups
Salt a pinch
Warm water and milk 1 cup each together ( 1 cup doodh main 1 cup pani milana hai 😂)
Directions
In a bowl, add flour and salt, mix it. Warm water and milk together in a pan or microwave it. Add warm milk and water (combined) as required, knead a soft dough. Pour 2,3 drops of oil and grease the dough. Let it rest for good 30 min.
Now make small ball, roll it into puri paratha size you may dust maida and roll it as we do for roti or grease the surface and roll it
deep fry it in a hot oil or pan fry completely yours choice. I did deep fry
Raita:
Yogurt - 1 cup
Garlic -7-8 cloves
Coriander - 1 bunch
Green chillies - 2-3
Salt -
