Hello everyone. Hope you’re all having a wonderful week so far. For me last week it was a little difficult for a few days cause I struggled with anxiety but I got through it and now I’m fine. I’ve been cooking which is what basically makes me feel relaxed the most. I’ve also been talking a lot with my parents who are in Venezuela and that’s something that always gives me strength to keep going and we help each other which is great cause living in Venezuela can be very hard sometimes.
This past few days I’ve tried new stuff in the kitchen. I went from cake, to bread, salad, chickpeas to trufas or chicha. I must be careful cause I’m one of these people who gain weight easily. Even just by thinking in a bread I gain 10 pounds. What I’ve been doing is to eat a little lighter at night, not only do I sleep better but also I’m able to maintain my weight.
Also I’ve been spending a lot more time in the kitchen cause literally I have nothing else to do. We’re been quarantining for almost 100 days here in Argentina. I lost my job, all my friends live far away and we can’t go out. Kitchen has basically been the main reason why I’m mentally stable. Are you guys still quarantining in your countries? Let me know.
I’m gonna keep on creating and of course I will share it with all of you in Hive. Hive have become something very special for me because it allows me to challenge myself and do better. I love that I get the chance to share with people from all over the world. Plus there’s so many talented people in here that you get inspired and you want to be even better.
Fortunately I still have plenty of ideas and recipes I want to try and I can’t wait to share them. Love feedback I receive from some of you.
My birthday is coming in two days. Not really sure what am I gonna do, I have no option but to stay home so I’m not feeling very festive. I might just ignore it completely.
Hope you’re all doing good. Thanks for reading my post. Until next time.
Cheers from a venezuelan 🇻🇪 in Argentina 🇦🇷.
