Not every day is about winning cases or meeting deadlines.
Some days are about laying on the sand, feeling the sun on your skin, and letting the sound of the ocean quiet everything inside your mind.
Being a lawyer has taught me discipline.
Being a single mom has taught me strength.
But moments like this… they teach me balance.
Because the truth is, I don’t just work hard for success — I work hard for this.
For peace. For freedom. For the ability to stop and feel alive without guilt.
There’s something about the ocean that reminds me that no matter how complicated life gets, there’s always a place where everything feels simple again.
And maybe that’s what I’m learning…
That being strong doesn’t mean always being in control — sometimes it means allowing yourself to just exist, to rest, and to enjoy the life you’re building.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what I achieve…
It’s about how I feel while I’m living it.
