How can we interact with customers if we don't drink coffee? If you are a barista, from now on, if you have read my writing, you must start to train yourself to love coffee. At first it would definitely be difficult if you weren't used to it, my barista friends also didn't like drinking coffee at first, until in the end I made training for coffee cupping. The purpose of coffee cupping is to assess the taste, aroma and process of the coffee. By training myself to cup coffee, my barista friends can start to love coffee and be able to explain it to customers.

A barista's big job is to explain coffee to consumers. every barista should be able to drink coffee.
