Happy Wednesday to everyone , I hope you all are having a beautiful day, today I share with you a beautiful drawing to the great community of @Cinnamon Cup Coffee , talking to you a little bit about one of my favorite drinks chamomile tea 🫖🌼 . Chamomile has been key and magical in the process of my pregnancy as it has helped me with the gases that this produces and also helps me to relax my body a little, chamomile is a magical tea, my mother gave it to me a lot when I was little for belly pain and the truth is that this pain disappeared. Chamomile has many benefits since it reduces stress, menstrual cramps, prevents heart problems, improves the digestive system, strengthens our immune system and many other things.

Feliz miércoles para todos , espero que todos estén teniendo un hermoso día, hoy comparto con ustedes un hermoso dibujo a la gran comunidad de @Cinnamon Cup Coffee , hablándoles un poco de una de mis bebidas favoritas el té de manzanilla 🫖🌼 . La manzanilla ha sido clave y mágica en el proceso de mi embarazo ya que me ha ayudado con los gases que este produce y aparte me ayuda a relajar un poco mi cuerpo, la manzanilla es un té mágico , mi madre me lo daba muchísimo cuando era pequeña para el dolor de barriga y la verdad que este dolor desaparecía. La Manzanilla tiene infinidad de beneficios ya que este reduce el estres, dolores menstruales, previene problemas cardíacos, mejora el sistema digestivo, fortalece nuestro sistema inmunológico y muchísimas cosas mas.
