It is no secret to anyone that Venezuela produces the best mangoes in the world. 😎 That's why among the recipes we have chosen for our Agro Café ☕️ we choose a few fruits and flowers to create cold coffee recipes. Come with me to see how we conceive this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
20grams Coldbrew Coffee
1 Ripe 🥭 Mango
1 can of Soda

16 hours before prepare Coldbrew with specialty coffee
Take the mango and peel it to remove its pulp and then blend.
For this preparation I used a 500 gram glass where I placed the ice.
Then I added about 20 grams of soda that must have been quina water, but the friend I entrusted to buy did not know how to distinguish one from the other.
Then I added the mango juice, it was already taking shape.
And finally I placed the coldbrew to top it off. It was a tasting among friends to appreciate the sensory experience of drinking this drink.
The result was amazing, a balanced drink, among our notes we concluded that the first flavor that stands out is the mango and then the flavor of the soda and coffee is incorporated, leaving you with an intense coffee taste.
This drink will be an official part of the menu. We have others that we have been testing and in future posts I will show you what they are.
We can offer it in our agro café and we will have every confidence that it will be accepted since in Venezuela there is a high consumption of mango and coffee as well and perhaps the most important thing is that no one from our competition is serving this type of recipes in their stores.
