Experience becomes valuable when you've experience it all. For example, there's an incident that you find incredibly annoying, but ultimately.. days, months, or even years later, you realize it is a valuable lesson. Just like coffee.
While reading the title prompt for this week's #TCSP, I realized something... have you ever had a failure with a barista? It turns out that over the past 10 years, I've rarely had FAILS with baristas. But, I've learned that there's also something that makes me dislike barista-brewed coffee.
They add sugar to my Americano! That happened when coffee shops first opened in this city. About 6 years ago, due to a lack of literacy and a culture of drink coffee with sugar, I got annoying when they add sugar when it should have been optional.
However, because there are more interesting and enjoyable things to do, things have change and now all coffee shops serve specialty coffee and people are more conscious about the sugar in their cup of coffee.
Like my experience yesterday, where I had delicious and interesting coffee. Cold brew served right before my eyes. As far as I knew, cold brew was made in the refrigerator and served by the barista behind the bar. But here, even see the cold brew right on the bar counter.
It remind me of the laboratory in my chemistry class. The vessel dripped water drop by drop, resulting in a strong brew. This wasn't just a show or the interior design of a coffee shop, but rather the way they make coffee to attract customers.
This is one coffee shop that's growing slowly. In fact, this coffee shop has been around for three years, but as of this writing, it still has three branches, even though it's quite crowded on weekdays.
Are you interesting in this show? Cold n Brew. What an apt name.
See you the next time hive friends!

Hi! Let me introduce myself, its me Wita.
I'm just a woman who wants to write whatever's on my mind. I really enjoy cooking, occasionally traveling, and doing whatever I like. I want to live like a bird flying freely in nature. But I know I'm only human. So, I can only write freely like a bird that can fly with its two wings.
I'm usually very interested in new things. Let me be creative with at least these writings. I welcome any suggestions, as long as you mention them politely in the comments section. We can have a free discussion every now and then.
Don't think too much of me as you see in my posts. I'm just sharing what I have, and some of it is actually quite enjoyable to post. It's just that I don't really like posting bad things. I hope we continue to work together to build this Hive community.
