How much I love coffee until one morning in the city of Singapore, I enjoyed a very expensive cup of coffee and it was a very special experience. Hi, do you really like coffee? Same, I'm also like you.
Why does coffee taste so calming in the morning? The word 'soothing' which is based on the aroma and taste of bitter coffee is truly unique. Coffee without sugar is very bitter, so I have my own idea that everything bitter should be there at the start of the day. At least after drinking that bitter coffee, your life will be fine.
I know that today I will leave the city of Singapore and rush to somewhere else. I really like this city but not with the high cost of living, it tends to be very expensive! Singapore is much more developed than my country, with my current salary I'm not stable enough to live here, but if it's for a holiday it could be considered.
In the morning I need coffee, but in front of my hostel there is a famous coffee shop like Starbucks. This coffee shop is said to be one of the most popular outlets in several countries, starting from Kyotu, Japan. The owner also apparently was inspired by the Starbucks he often visited while he was still studying in California.
In the coffee shop, it turned out that there were many people waiting and ordering coffee. there were 3 baristas inside and they served us very well. Why are there so many people? Because this merchant is in the center of where tourists live.
I ordered a hot latte but it turned out I had to wait 15 minutes, of course because the queue was very long. I was given a device that would sound when my order was complete and could be picked up. The coffee drinking system here is like take away but they also provide chairs and tables that can be used.
Uniquely, this paper cup is made with a very simple % symbol, basic brown paper color and black font. It's really very simple, even the merchant is also very simple. It seems like this is a concept that many people like because Singaporeans are quite busy.
After my order was finally made by the barista, I took it and carried it along with my bag and suitcase. I had to catch the bus to get back and that made me feel like a busy person. However, the coffee I ordered was very small because I only ordered a regular cup.
As usual, I will display the menu from Arabica along with the prices. It's quite worth the price with the quality of the coffee beans being grade 1. I think they are very good at making coffee, in fact I have drunk coffee here several times and this is the best coffee I have tried in Singapore.
Curious about the taste? Don't worry, there are several other merchants in several countries, even in Jakarta and Bali, but not where I live. They haven't made more of them. but I have to hope and pray that there will be one merchant in my area someday.
