I have a scheduled meeting with my groupmates to discuss our upcoming presentation for Capstone Project. Actually, it's not just that, we also need to go back to the campus even if we're on a semestral break to process our OJT requirements as an advance preparation.
The place is situated on the second entrance of SM North Block. Despite having a small space, they have variety of desserts and coffee recipes inside. This place is quite popular for their affordable menu, and even my friends at work have mentioned this shop to me.
After doing what's needed at school, we came here after lunch. For this meeting, we only wanted to have a place where we could discuss properly and to plug our dying laptop without traveling to somewhere far again.
Some of my groupmates have other errands to do first, so I was left here alone. After a few minutes, the other one came.
The place was jampacked with lots of customers as always. We're just trying to see if we could have the seat where we could use the plug, anyway. Since there's no space inside, we settled on the outside space where the three of us could sit.
I have been here before, so their menu is familiar to me. I'm not that fond of exploring other coffee and tea recipes on a cafe. Most of the times, I'll just stick with what I had before but also, there could be times that I feel like trying something else.
I let my other groupmate order and pay for our drinks and pastry since it's very crowded inside. From time to time, group of friends or maybe couples were coming in.
This time, I got a black tea latte, the other companion had a caramel macchiato and then, we had a scallion floss and a chocolate cake.
They have other desserts that I have just seen, maybe they're new on the menu. Generally, those pastries are very affordable. We're even discussing what to give to our panelists while eyeing for those pastries on the shelves. If we could, then we'll buy here if the schedule aligns.
Best of luck.
