The last year in college doesn't mean you can breath now since it's gonna be less subjects and you'll gonna be in your On-the-job Training soon. Surely, it's an expectations versus reality case and I'm only seeing it now before me. From what's going right now, I would not expect to have a decent sleep for the rest of my college days.
Now, we're currently doing our Capstone Project and we can't hardly move to Chapter 4. On the process of polishing our system, we encounter some errors that we're consulting friends to help us debug this. It has been stressing out for quite a while and we wanted some few opinions about our progress.
Right here, I'm on my way to our meeting place where all of my teammates and a friend would gather. There's no other place suitable to discuss anyway but the mall. Off we go on the weekend, where supposed to be it's a rest day but we needed to hurry up or else deadlines would end journey here in college.
To be honest, I have long lost any motivation I had to complete the journey due to series of problems I'm having in my life. It's quite discouraging when you know you'll only be able to solve it if you're a full time working adult instead. I had begun to question why I took this path since the summer break and almost decided not to continue. However, due to friends encouragement, I still enrolled for my last year and finished what I have started. That's why, I'm still herr fighting for a degree that I have already gave up on.
We're almost finished with the project... about 75% finished, I guess. And, to anyone wondering if we're still friends up to this point, well, I can still say, YES, despite the stress and delays due conflicts of schedule that we each have.
Gladly, business really knows it's customers. They know people work while having coffee, so they setup a co-working space and we're happy that they have it. We don't know where to meet other than the malls since we couldn't meet on our homes. The dogs bite and we're afraid to have more responsibility other than our school works.
We're the first ones to arrive. Le Patata and I ordered coffee since I'm very sleepy but chaeline declined because she just got her lunch.
I'm craving for energy, so I got a medium-sized Caramel Macchiato. Then, the Patata had a highland brew.
The others arrived one by one and when the group was complete, we started discussing about the project. It went well and we somehow got clarity of the next steps. Still, just by thinking about what we needed to do, it still exhausting that it makes me wanna sleep instead. 😆
