Nescafé is something that I do not get too often, but I have fond memories of it. I started to have some of it back when I was in my last year of High School. During those days, I used to travel a lot to Caracas to attend a course to get ready for college. These courses where kind of famous around the country, but they were focused on the colleges that had an admission test.
Anyways, I remember getting up early to move. We would start our trip by going by car to Barcelona and stopping for gas. At the gas station, we would get breakfast. The place was big. It was both a supermarket and an Arepera (place where arepas are stuffed and sold). At the supermarket we would get a cup of Nescafé.
Mom always told me to get her a vanilla cappuccino. And since I was getting into the whole deal of coffee, I would get a mochaccino. And thus, every Friday from the months of January to March, o would have a Nescafé. It was interesting. However, these things started to get quite expensive and then the quality went down. Not like Nescafé is the best coffee. I bet this just instant coffee mixed in different ways. It has a nice texture and it is easy to drink. It also has a ton of sugar, so there is no need to add any more to it.
We found out that they sell Nescafé at Bariloche 3R. And we had some of these whole we waited for a decision on how to proceed with the day. And I went down memory lane to the days I got it every Friday. And yesterday was a a Friday. It was a funny coincidence.
