Latte made by myself and picture is my own
I went to Sharjah UAE for Archers Coffee training last year and made some notes on my book π thought I Refresh my memory on it writing it here, I also wish to share with the reader's out there I do hope you enjoy it and also learn something about coffee β
Our coffee β trainers name is Wilden when he start the lesson he said something that sticks in my head till today I even wrote it on my note he said "Taste is preferential, Quality isn't" to elaborate example myself I love the taste of chocolate π« so I tend to drink coffee on the cocoa or chocolate π« notes to get the cocoa flavour in coffee β I need to choose the lower altitude coffee to get that taste notes the reason is the higher the elevation of coffee beans it's more to the acidic side and also fruity tasting notes of coffee β that is what it means by "Taste is preferential Quality isn't"
The next part is he talks about the parts of coffee cherry π
There are total 6 parts in coffee cherry
- Bean
- Silver Skin
- Parchment
- Mucilage
- Pulp
- Outer Skin

Producer: Cafesmo (self explanatory)
Process: Natural
In the natural process, coffee fruit (often called βcherryβ) is harvested from its home on a shrub or small tree. Then natural process coffees are set out straight away to dry in the sun skin-on, meaning the beans receive flavor from the fruit pulp and sugars as part of their development
