A cordial greeting to you hiveros who always share content in this community of cortado coffee from .
After a whole process (pulp, dry, thresh, classify and roast) the most awaited moment has arrived: Tasting our coffee.
Once our coffee was roasted, I allowed a few days to pass before grinding it with a grinding machine and then preparing our ideal cup of coffee.
The time had come to drink coffee and thus taste this incredible drink, which, although with different styles, each one prepares it in their own way. Mine would not be a very strong style, because to begin with my wife doesn't like it very pure and on the other hand I don't like that style either.
So I did it in a smooth style, I was very eager to taste and play the role of taster with my universal drink. I would serve it in a cup with a perfect writing and adapted to the moment: "Coffee time", who would say it. My cup would have the ideal engraving.
I remember that a couple of weeks ago I would buy this mug, without thinking that it would be called the title of my post, I have to say that the engraving on my mug gave me the title of this one. In addition, it would be very consistent with the moment that I wanted to tell and share with you, dear readers.
That day at home, my wife and I accompanied this cup of coffee with some cookies. Not bad, according to my palate this coffee had a pleasant taste and smell, giving me the security of offering others peace of mind with the product I would give. "A nice coffee"
All this work that involves making a good cup of coffee was undoubtedly a process that I enjoyed, it was like that sower who, after having sown, now waits patiently for the result of his work. I like the idea of retrying the process, because I know that every time I make a cup of coffee, I'll remember what was involved. A quality process that goes from the bush to the cup.
Now, another stage of this process is in the labor field, I would love to share this experience in a future post.
I say goodbye to all of you hivers, until next time.
