Hi, coffee lovers! ☕
How's your coffee exploration been so far? I hope you’ve been having a great time discovering the coffee shops you love. Today, I’ll be sharing one of our coffee discoveries along the busy streets of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig.
This was after my sister’s working hours when we decided to explore coffee shops, since we both love coffee. It was actually almost late at night when we decided to go out for a cup. Before heading there, we first asked Carlo, my college friend who knows the area well. He recommended an interesting Italian coffee shop called Pocofino, so we went there and tried their coffee.
We finally found the coffee shop, and it immediately caught our attention because it was packed with people. It made me wonder—is the coffee really that good here? Without hesitation, we went inside and looked for a seat. Since the place was full, we waited for our turn until a vacant seat became available.
I was so happy when we finally sat down because our seat had a power outlet where I could charge my phone—perfect timing and place, especially since my phone was already out of battery.
They also have a fairly wide selection of coffee flavors, along with food options you can order when you start to feel hungry. The ambience inside was okay—though a bit noisy because of the number of people working remotely who prefer doing their work in a coffee shop. But overall, everything was good.
We ordered our drinks—Gelo and I chose the fresh drinks, Passion Fruit, while my sister ordered their signature coffee along with a chocolate cookie bar. The drinks were good, but not exactly what we were expecting, unlike how others described them. Still, we enjoyed staying there, having conversations, and sipping our drinks. We stayed until 2 a.m. and waited for Carlo to join us.
Overall, we always enjoy our coffee explorations—whenever and wherever—no matter the taste of the coffee or the ambience. Cheers to more coffee adventures ahead! ☕🤍
