Greetings coffee-loving friends! Today I would like to share with you the visit I made to an elegant coffee shop with first class service: Bagueló.
This beautiful and cozy coffee shop is located in the outskirts of the clinical center in San Cristobal, Tachira state, Venezuela.
We prefer to go to breakfast in the cafeterias because in the mornings it is time to run errands and fulfill commitments. Of course I prefer to go accompanied by my family since I enjoy their company and also because they are the most precious thing I have.
We went to the Clinical Center for some medical tests and while we were waiting we went to the cafeteria to have breakfast. As soon as we entered I fell in love with the place. With a gourmet style and efficient service, selling snacks, desserts, groceries, wines, tea and coffee.
The box to place the order and pay for it, is made of wood and glass, I love this combination because it gives a very nice finish to the spaces. On the counter, fresh handmade sweets give a homey touch to the place.
The display case of sweets, desserts and savory pastries was the one that caught my attention since for breakfast I like it to be something substantial and salty. Then the coffee.
They had a gleaming and shiny espresso machine, I loved it. The barista made my husband and I a delicious coffee which he delivered to our table with a heart in the cream.
The pastries were delicious, which even my daughter with her eating habits devoured in minutes.
The variety of teas they offer, prepared directly at the table. The dessert menu of high quality pastries, the baked desserts that are their specialty. To be honest this place is very complete and I was very surprised by the menu they offer at a very affordable price.
They also offer executive lunches, which looked delicious and the service of packing food to take away. The truth is that I really liked this place, I felt far away from the hospital and all that is involved in visiting the doctor.
To be clear, it was the highlight of our family day. I hope you enjoyed this visit to the one that went straight to my list of favorite coffee shops in the city. See you next time. Bye!
