Last Saturday I visited a nice and cozy coffee shop in the city where I live, Maracay-Venezuela. The reason was to meet with my friends to spend a nice time, exchange our experiences and of course enjoy that tasty drink that invites conversation.
It had been a while since I had visited the place and to my surprise I found that it had been expanded, which makes me happy because as an entrepreneur I love it when businesses consolidate and grow offering more comfort and attention to their customers.
Today I invite you to get to know this coffee shop and joining the initiative The Coffee Shop Prompt | W-32 let's talk about the menu it offers.
The coffee shop is the name of the place and as soon as you enter you feel that pleasant sensation of being among friends, of being in a friendly space where you are going to have a good time. A lot of it will be in our disposition and attitude, but definitely, the atmosphere created with the vintage style decoration helps to give it that touch between bohemian, antique and modern that I like so much.
We sat at the central table in the new part, from there it is possible to visualize a good part of the space and the different ambiances created.
To my left I had a wall with pictures alluding to famous movies and series followed by a shelf with books by renowned authors and different genres, with a central mural that bears the name of the cafeteria.
It is followed by the two corners, separated by a glass door that allows the passage of natural light, which is attenuated by the materials used in the background walls, thus creating two intimate spaces.
In the "old" part, there is still a bookshelf that invites you to visit the cafeteria alone and sit down to read a book taken at random to let yourself get caught while enjoying the delicacies offered by the place.
And speaking of delicacies we find the area where the transformation takes place and embedded in the wall a poster with the variety of coffees that the place offers us, there are so many that I do not know that I am thinking of taking note and start trying them one by visiting the different coffee shops in my city.
The thing is that I am very conventional with coffee and I like it black or a classic light brown. Any other presentation seems to me that the coffee loses its essence, but today, I am almost convinced that the matter is purely my own ideas, because I have dared with some of them and the coffee is still present in all its splendor. In this sense, I have to broaden my panorama (ha,ha,ha,ha).
Along with the coffee, the variety of teas they prepare stands out, as well as sweets and cakes that make mouths water, highlighting qualities such as flavor, freshness and presentation.
When the time came to place the order, my friends surprised me, because they both preferred to drink Jamaica tea, I don't know if it was because the kind young lady who served us was so careful in describing the tea and all the ingredients that could be added that they fell in love with it. I, faithful to my passion for coffee, asked for a large and frothy light brown.
And so, between one story and another, we spent a pleasant time with the people we love.
